• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, information technology, and other operational areas.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout the policy life cycle including rating/pricing, quoting, and issuing policies; handle related account activity.
• Participate in and understand development of operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows depending on line of business, state rules and regulations.
• Serve as SME on data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
