Job summary

Wahve LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Business Analyst for a remote, long-term role. Candidates should leverage extensive insurance knowledge to liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT, translating requirements into functional specs.

You will manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through the policy life cycle, participate in KPI development, and serve as SME for rating bureaus data submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations analysis within insurance.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Familiarity with underwriting processes and data submissions.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other ops areas.
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional specs for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle including rating, quoting and issuing policies.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions following varied workflows by line of business, state and rules.
• Act as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
