Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other operations.
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle including rating, pricing, quotes and issuing policies.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow workflows based on line of business, state, rules and regulations.
• Prepare data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance as SME.
