WAHVE is seeking experienced insurance professionals for work-at-home assignments as Operations Business Analysts. Candidates translate requirements into technical specs and manage multi-state policy life cycles while liaising with underwriting, accounting and IT teams.

We offer a remote, long-term role with benefits, allowing full or part-time schedules. You can leverage deep insurance industry knowledge to maintain service standards and contribute to KPI development from home.

Competenze

• 25 years of full-time work experience required.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience required.

Mansioni

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other areas.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specifications.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle including rating and issuing policies.
• Develop and understand operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows by line of business and regulations.
• Act as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments.
