• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and others.
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional specs for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line policies through lifecycle activities.
• Support development of operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows by line of business and state.
• Act as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments.
