• Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT, and other areas.
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional specs for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle including rating, pricing, quoting, and issuing policies.
• Develop and understand operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow varied workflows by line of business and state.
• Act as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
