Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other areas.
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional specs for technicians.
• Manage multi-state policy life cycle including rating, pricing, quoting and issuing.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions following varied workflows per line of business and regulations.
• Act as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
