You’ll support carrier or MGA clients in Operations Business Analyst roles, collaborating with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT, translating requirements and guiding data submissions through the policy lifecycle.

Available full- or part-time; 25 years of full-time insurance experience required.

Competenze

• 25 years of full-time work experience in insurance.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.

Mansioni

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other operational areas.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specifications for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line policies including rating, pricing, quoting and issuing; handle related activity.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
