Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT.
• Translate customer requirements into functional specifications.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle.
• Develop operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow state-specific workflows.
• Prepare data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
