Job summary

WAHVE LLC is seeking experienced insurance professionals to work from home in flexible full- or part-time roles, with remote, long-term positions and benefits. As an Operations Business Analyst, you will liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, and IT; translate requirements into functional specs; manage multi-state accounts through policy life cycle; and support KPI development.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience
• 10+ years of insurance industry experience

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, information technology, etc.
• Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts throughout the policy life cycle including rating/pricing and issuing policies
• Participate in and understand the development of operational KPIs and service standards
• Process transactions and follow workflows dependent upon line of business, state, specific rules, and regulations
• Serve as SME regarding data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance
