AAA/The Auto Club Group is seeking an Associate Attorney to manage litigation and claims defense with moderate supervision. The role supports trial preparation, discovery, negotiations, and appeals from District to Circuit Court while working primarily remotely and reporting to the Supervising Practice Leader.

Applicants should have a Juris Doctor and State Bar admission, plus at least two years of litigation experience, including insurance-related cases.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree or equivalent licensure.
• Member of the State Bar of the applicable state.
• Minimum two years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and cases of intermediate-level exposure and complexity.
• Prepare for trial, discovery, negotiation, and appeals from District to Circuit Court.
• Coordinate with co-counsel and insurance company to manage case strategy and expenditures.
