Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking Inside Sales Agents to handle inbound calls and warm leads, with paid training and licensing included. Training spans 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires, in a remote work setting.

You will complete required Property & Casualty licensing during training. The role offers medical benefits from day one, no cold calls, 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend schedule, and equipment provided for a dedicated home workspace.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs
• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
