Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance coverages and converting those leads into policyholders. You will begin with paid training in a remote environment and, if unlicensed, licensing is included during training.

State licensing restrictions apply; employees must stay in their resident state for at least one year before relocating.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on insurance needs and matching coverages.
• Convert sales leads into policyholders by recommending products.
• Work from a remote environment with paid training and licensing included.
• Maintain professional workspace and adhere to W@H requirements.
