Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to match insurance coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Provide guidance on license training and licensing during paid training.
• Represent Liberty Mutual and connect customers to suitable products for their needs.
• Work in a remote home office with a professional workspace and reliable internet.
