Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to suitable insurance coverages and products to convert sales leads into policyholders.

From day one, you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. If unlicensed, licensing is included in the program, with 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills for closing.
• Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads and consult with customers on insurance needs.
• Match coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• Work remotely with licensing training included for unlicensed hires.
