Liberty Mutual Insurance is hiring an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, guiding customers to the right insurance coverages and policies. Training and licensing are provided, including P&C license training with paid time.

The role offers a remote start with licensing available even if unlicensed. Expect paid training lasting 16–18 weeks, comprehensive benefits from day one, and a schedule requiring four weekdays and one weekend day.

Formación

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
