Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.
• From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.
• State licensing restrictions apply; training includes licensing for unlicensed hires.
