Training includes paid licensing, with a 16–18 week program depending on licensing status, in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2+ years required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to convert sales.
• Consult customers on insurance needs and match coverages to policyholders.
• License after hire; paid training includes licensing.
• Work remote with a schedule including weekdays and one weekend day.
