Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads, matching customers with the right coverages and converting prospects into policyholders. From day one you will begin paid training in a remote environment, and licensing is provided if you do not already have a Property & Casualty license.

The role offers a base salary with generous commission, flexible work arrangements, no cold calls, and opportunities for advancement in a Fortune 100 environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; at least 2 years in sales/service required.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
• Able to communicate well to prospects and customers.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and organizational abilities.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, matching customers to coverages and converting leads into policyholders.
• Work paid training remotely with licensing provided if needed.
• No cold calls; focus on warm leads and guided sales process.
• Maintain a professional home office setup and meet licensing requirements.
