Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound calls and warm leads. You will consult customers on insurance needs, match coverages and convert leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.

From day one you receive paid training including licensing, with a base salary plus commission. Schedule includes weekdays and one weekend day, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities at a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service experience required.
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to communicate well to prospects and customers.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
• Property and Casualty License required after hire.
