Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in related field, preferably medical accounts receivable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic analytic abilities.
• Willingness to learn hospital systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve outstanding insurance balances on hospital accounts.
• Verify claim status, rebill insurance, and adjust according to payor rules.
• Gather demographic/insurance data and update systems accordingly.
• Engage with third-party payors to obtain needed information.
• Provide education/training to new hires and assist teammates.
