• Experience with insurance follow-up and payors.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve outstanding insurance balances on hospital accounts.
• Learn multiple hospital systems and research complex claims.
• Rebill to insurance and note steps taken for resolution.
• Gather demographic, clinical, and authorization information.
• Identify and prepare simpler claims for reconsiderations/appeals.
