Responsibilities

• Review and resolve outstanding insurance balances on hospital patient accounts.
• Research and analyze complex insurance claims and coordinate with third-party payors.
• Follow workflows to rebill, adjust, or appeal as needed.
• Handle 40-50 accounts per day; gather required information for payment.
• Provide training and support to new hires.
