Responsibilities

• Timely follow-up on insurance balances and verify payment status.
• Rebill to patient’s insurance and document actions.
• Work 40-50 accounts per day per payor.
• Gather demographic, clinical, and insurance information for claims.
• Resolve denials and payor issues with cross-functional teams.
• Assist leadership in training new hires and mentoring peers.
