Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in related field
• Knowledge of revenue cycle and insurance reimbursements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Follow-up on outstanding insurance payments and rebills
• Work 40–50 accounts per day for assigned payors
• Investigate denials and coordinate with third-party payors
• Gather required information to resolve claims and update systems
• Assist leadership with special projects and training
