Job summary

National General Holdings Corp., a member of the Allstate family, seeks a Direct Sales Agent Specialist in the Leesburg, FL area. You will drive growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships through in-person and phone-based efforts.

You will manage a local pipeline, develop community relationships, and stay current on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a pipeline via local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships with dealerships, events, and local partners.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to close opportunities.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and competition.
