Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and guiding them through the app, not just answering the asked question.
• Solving problems to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Providing feedback that helps ship product improvements.
