You’ll join the Customer Operations team as a versatile contributor in a fast-paced environment. The role pays hourly $19–$21, with uncapped commissions for sales paths and potential equity options.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of our customers; answer not only the questions asked but what the customer didn’t know to ask.
• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies; assist policyholders who need changes.
• Know the app inside out to help customers find the right coverage and navigate it confidently.
• Process service requests — vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Provide timely feedback; your suggestions ship due to a short feedback loop.
