Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a member of the Customer Operations team to take care of our policyholders and help customers navigate our app with warmth and speed. This fully remote role spans a large panel of insurers and products, with a focus on delivering excellent service.

You will answer inbound calls, handle changes to policies, and provide proactive guidance. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of customers, identifying gaps, discounts, or renewals.
• Answer inbound calls from policyholders needing changes.
• Know the product and insurers to match customers and navigate the app."
• Resolve inquiries effectively and process service requests (vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents).
• Provide feedback to improve the product and ship ideas quickly.
