Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking remote inbound customer support representatives to assist policyholders, customers, and shop partners with glass claims. Roles are available on a full-time or part-time basis with training included and a starting pay of $18.00/hour.

Training runs Monday–Friday for the first 3 weeks, and you must have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and the equipment required to work remotely. Benefits include weekly pay and tuition reimbursement, along with 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled.
• Experience in a contact center or other customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, or auto glass shops using scripted prompts.
• Enter claim data into production systems while on a live call.
• Guide customers through filing a glass claim with rapport and understanding of needs.
• Verify insurance coverage and deductible amounts with customers.
• Assist scheduling repair or recalibration services at a Safelite location or partner shops.
• Utilize systems and resources to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide solutions to resolve complaints with accurate product and service information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
