Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• 3+ years Allstate agency experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; calm, persuasive, and confident with frustrated customers.
• Texas residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take cancellation and rate-increase calls and work to keep the policy.
• Review coverage and discounts to find a better fit within Allstate.
• Follow up on pending cancellations and lapses before it's too late.
• Be calm, patient, and clear with customers who are upset.
