Day One Insurance Group is seeking a remote service professional to assist customers by reviewing coverage, discounts, and options to retain policies. You will handle cancellation calls, explain rate changes, and aim to keep customers satisfied without selling new policies.

A P&C license and Allstate agency background are valued. There is no sales quota, but occasional cross-sell opportunities pay a commission.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• Allstate agency experience preferred (3+ years).
• Exceptional communication skills: calm, persuasive, and confident with frustrated customers.

Responsibilities

• Taking cancellation and rate-increase calls and working to keep the policy.
• Reviewing coverage and discounts to find a better fit within Allstate.
• Following up on pending cancellations and lapses before it's too late.
• Being calm, patient, and clear with customers who are upset.
