Job summary

Day One Insurance Group is seeking a remote licensed insurance professional to handle cancellation and rate-increase calls, review coverage and discounts, and retain clients. You will operate without sales quotas, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction across Allstate-related products.

With 3+ years of Allstate experience preferred, you’ll be remunerated at $20–$22 per hour, with retention bonuses possible based on performance. Fully remote, schedule Mon–Fri, Central time.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license.
• Allstate agency experience, 3+ years preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills: calm, persuasive, confident with frustrated customers.

Responsibilities

• Take cancellation and rate-increase calls and work to keep the policy.
• Review coverage and discounts to find a better fit within Allstate.
• Follow up on pending cancellations and lapses before it's too late.
• Remain calm, patient, and clear with upset customers.
