You will mentor and empower a high-performing team of insurance producers, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with underwriters to secure favorable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Current Life, Accident, and Health insurance license.
• Minimum five years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
• Strong track record of business development and relationship management.
• Deep understanding of the Hampton Roads insurance market landscape.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team of high-performing producers.
