The Atlantic District, based in Philadelphia, seeks a Principal General Agent to lead and shape our insurance agency. You will recruit, mentor, and guide a team of producers to expand our regional footprint while ensuring top service standards.

Lead strategic sales initiatives, manage operations, and foster a culture of growth, integrity, and client focus within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health insurance license.
• Documented track record of success in insurance sales and agency leadership.
• Deep understanding of life insurance products and underwriting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate high-performing sales professionals.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing a sales territory or regional operation.
• Familiarity with industry-specific CRM systems and lead management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence across the Philadelphia region.
• Attract, hire, and mentor a talented group of insurance producers to build a sustainable pipeline.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure our agency meets its performance goals and maintains high service standards.
• Foster a collaborative culture where individuals feel empowered to share ideas and pursue personal growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and professional partners in the community.
• Review and analyze market trends to help our team adapt and stay ahead of the curve.
• Provide ongoing education and coaching to ensure our team remains well-versed in our evolving product offerings.
