The Atlantic District in Arlington, VA is seeking a Principal General Agent to lead and grow our local sales organization. This leadership role emphasizes coaching, recruitment, and building a high-performing team dedicated to protecting families and businesses in Northern Virginia.

You will mentor agents, implement distribution strategies to expand our footprint, monitor industry trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a collaborative culture that advances career growth and community

Qualifications

• Current State Life and Health insurance license.
• Documented track record of success in insurance sales and distribution management.
• Advanced understanding of complex insurance products and regulatory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead and develop a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow the sales operations within the Arlington area to meet regional goals.
• Mentor and coach a team of insurance agents to improve their technical knowledge and sales effectiveness.
