This full-time remote role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to grow with a fast-moving startup. Typically you’ll handle inbound inquiries, help customers understand their options, and process service requests while leveraging a large panel of insurers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and inquiries across auto and home policies.
• Comfort navigating a mobile app and explaining features to customers.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of customers, not just answering questions but anticipating needs.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Navigating the app to match customers with the right coverage and options.
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Contributing to a feedback loop by sharing improvement ideas that ship.
