Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking motivated individuals for the Customer Operations team to help customers with auto, home, and other policies in a fully remote role. You’ll listen, diagnose needs, and guide customers through our app to the right coverage.

Prior customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus. Comp includes hourly pay of $19–$21 with uncapped commissions for sales path; equity options and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
• Help customers navigate the app and identify the best coverage options.
• Process service requests: vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Use insurer panel to match customers with the right policy.
• Provide proactive service to remove barriers between customers and coverage.
• Assist with sales or service paths; commissions are uncapped.
