You will help customers with auto and home insurance needs, learn the product thoroughly, and contribute to a fast-paced, supportive team. Compensation includes hourly pay with commissions on the sales path and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus

Responsibilities

• Take care of customers and identify coverage gaps, discounts, and renewals
• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
• Learn the product deeply to help customers navigate the app
• Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and right coverage
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
• Contribute feedback to improve the product and services
