Job summary

Jerry.ai is looking to join our Customer Operations team in a fully remote, full-time role. You will answer inbound calls, help customers select the best auto and home coverage, and guide them through policy changes and service requests.

We offer competitive hourly pay, a path to commissions for sales, benefits, equity, and flexible scheduling. Residency is restricted to listed states, with in-person options in select offices available.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and identifying needs beyond questions.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Getting deep on the product to match customers with the right coverage.
• Problem solving to remove barriers to coverage.
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, and policy documents.
• Providing feedback to improve the product and processes.
