Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
• Help customers navigate the app to choose the right coverage and features.
• Process service requests – vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Provide proactive assistance, identifying needs customers didn’t know to ask about.
