Job summary

The Moore Group is seeking an Instructional Training Project Manager to support a Fortune 100 client. This fully remote role focuses on training operations, curriculum administration, and learning coordination for SAP and enterprise transformation initiatives.

You will partner with Change Leads, learning developers, and training teams to ensure timely delivery of training assets, governance, and effective user adoption across global projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic communication development and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clarity and accessibility.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/manufacturing or technical industries is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and timely execution.
• Hands-on experience with WalkMe or a Digital Adoption Platform.
• Certifications like Prosci, Six Sigma, CCMP, ATD, or PMI are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in English/Communications/Journalism or related field is required; a master’s is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training operations activities including course creation, updates, and reporting.
• Manage handoffs across Change Leads, instructional design resources, and training stakeholders.
• Maintain training governance processes, inventories, and reporting.
• Support Change Leads with training readiness, audience mapping, and curriculum planning.
• Monitor training completion reporting and assist with issues in learning assignments and administration.
• WalkMe implementation and digital adoption projects aligned with business needs.
