Job summary

The Moore Group in the United States is seeking an instructional training project manager to oversee training operations, curriculum administration, and learning coordination for SAP and enterprise transformation initiatives.

You will partner with Change Leads and learning teams, ensure timely delivery of training assets, and drive digital adoption through WalkMe implementations—reporting on governance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in strategic communications and training programs.
• Experience coordinating training operations and LMS workflows.
• Experience with WalkMe or digital adoption platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work with senior executives and Change Leads.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training operations including course creation, updates, and LMS submissions.
• Manage handoffs across Change Leads, learning resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain governance, inventories, and reporting for training programs.
• Support readiness activities, audience mapping, and curriculum planning.
• Monitor training completion and assist with issue resolution in training administration.
• WalkMe implementation and digital adoption projects aligned to business needs.
