Job summary

The Moore Group is seeking an Instructional Designer to deliver innovative digital training solutions for pharmaceutical companies. This fully remote, full-time role requires coordinating with experts and designing end-to-end training assets, including videos, newsletters, and e-signs. Start times align with national operations, with 8 a.m.

US-ET availability mandatory. Applicants should have a 5+ year track record in instruction design, familiarity with major authoring tools, and LMS experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years creating training or learning experiences.
• Experience with ADDIE, SAM, adult learning theory or Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Experience creating online courses, modules, simulations, or interactive learning.
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia or similar.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and design solutions.
• Design and build short videos for marketing, training or communications.
• Create newsletters, posters and e-signs for internal orgs.
• Develop web-based training for internal systems using Articulate Storyline and publish to LMS.
