Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks a highly skilled Multimedia Developer to transform VA training content into polished, accessible self-paced modules, including video, audio, graphics, and screen captures, for deployment via VA's TMS. The role collaborates with curriculum designers, SMEs, and training operations to deliver modular, reusable assets for Agent, Supervisor, WEM, QA, Knowledge, and Analytics paths.

Remote US.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in multimedia production or related field.
3+ years creating and editing multimedia learning content and instructional videos.
Proficiency with video and audio editing tools (Adobe suite) for instructional use.
Experience creating screen recordings and software demonstrations.
Understanding of accessibility requirements (508/Section 508) for digital learning.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate remotely.

Responsibilities

Transform existing and new training content into polished multimedia assets.
Edit video and audio for clarity, pacing, and accessibility for VA learners.
Create diagrams, graphics, annotations, and title cards to support learning objectives.
Develop downloadable job aids and quick-reference materials.
Ensure assets meet branding, file management, and production standards.
Collaborate with curriculum designers, SMEs, and VA stakeholders on treatment of topics.
Support 508 accessibility efforts and 508-compliant remediation of content.
