Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain standardized training programs that support operational excellence. You will work with SMEs, leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective learning solutions that improve performance and consistency.

The role emphasizes creating multimedia content, storyboards, and measurable objectives, with collaboration across operations and training teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field is required.
3-5 years designing and developing a variety of learning solutions.
Experience using Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

Identify training needs with SMEs, leadership, and stakeholders.
Translate complex processes into clear learning content.
Create multimedia training content (video, infographics, guides) and storyboards.
Define measurable learning objectives for courses and resources.
Ensure content aligns with operational standards and accessibility requirements (508).
Upload and organize content in the LMS and manage version control.
