Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Instructional Multimedia Designer to join the Education team within Customer Success. You will create engaging multimedia experiences that simplify complex concepts and improve learner retention, working closely with Technical Education Developers to translate objectives into visual learning assets.

We value strong visual design, scalable design systems, and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate production while maintaining accessibility and quality

Qualifications

Experience creating multimedia assets for learning, enablement, or software environments.
Advanced proficiency with Figma and scalable design systems.
Experience using AI-enabled workflows to improve design and production processes.
Strong understanding of visual design principles and UX.

Responsibilities

Create multimedia assets for learning experiences (videos, animations, visuals, templates).
Collaborate with Educational Developers to translate objectives into visuals.
Apply design principles to improve clarity, engagement, and retention.
Produce and edit video-based learning content (screen recordings, captions, voiceovers).
Develop reusable templates and standards for consistency across courses and platforms.
Support branding and UX within the Academy and Community experiences.
Conduct quality reviews for accessibility, usability, and learner experience.
