Job summary

LMI is seeking an experienced Curriculum Writer/Editor (Technical Writer) to support VA enterprise contact center technology training. This remote role develops and refines training content across multiple learning paths, including Agent, Supervisor, WEM, QM, KM, and Reporting & Analytics.

The writer will collaborate with curriculum designers, instructional designers, SMEs, VA stakeholders, and training operations to produce and edit training aids, guides, and Train-the-Trainer curricula,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technical writing, communications, English, instructional design, education, information technology, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience developing, writing, editing, or managing technical or instructional content.
Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise instructions.

Responsibilities

Develop, write, edit, and maintain technical training content.
Translate learning objectives and SME input into clear written materials.
Create instructor guides, job aids, desk-side references, and train-the-trainer curriculum.
Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and instructional effectiveness.
Ensure terminology, tone, formatting, and structure are consistent across pathways.
