Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related experience in eLearning, multimedia development, instructional technology, or technical training.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required before starting employment.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Fairfax, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive eLearning courses, branching scenarios, software simulations, assessments, and video-based tutorials using Adobe Captivate and Articulate.
• Publish, test, and troubleshoot SCORM- and xAPI-compliant content in Moodle or a similar LMS.
• Create and edit instructional videos, animations, graphics, and multimedia using Camtasia, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Animate.
• Develop and maintain IETM content using HTML, JavaScript, JSON, video, animation, graphics, and other interactive media.
• Translate technical, operational, and maintenance requirements into clear and effective training content.
