Job summary

LMI is seeking an experienced Curriculum Writer/Editor (Technical Writer) to support VA enterprise contact center training initiatives. This remote role covers development, refinement, standardization, and maintenance of training content across multiple learning paths including Agent, Supervisor, WEM, QM, KM, and Reporting & Analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, communications, English, instructional design, education, information technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing, writing, editing, or managing technical or instructional content.
• Demonstrated experience writing and editing technical documentation, training materials, SOPs, job aids, or comparable content.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate instructions.
• Strong technical editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience developing content from SME materials.
• Experience editing content while preserving technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and maintain technical training content for contact center learning paths.
• Translate objectives and SME input into clear written materials.
• Create trainer aids, job aids, quick-reference guides, instructor guides, and performance-support materials.
• Develop Train-the-Trainer curriculum enabling VA instructors to deliver Genesys Cloud CX training.
• Edit content produced by team members while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Review existing VA training materials to improve clarity and instructional effectiveness.
• Ensure terminology and formatting are consistent across learning pathways.
• Support content reuse across multiple paths and audiences.
